Together, we will build a toolkit of techniques and strategies to help you unlearn patterns of self-sabotage and find wholeness in your life as it already is. Only then can we create the conditions to help you bloom into the future you that you’ve only dreamed of until now.

yoga & meditation

A mindful movement practice is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Shed your preconceived notions and prior experiences with yoga before taking my classes. Be open to finding something new within as you enter the experience of embodiment.

Meditation strengthens our capacity for managing emotional and sensory reactions to the challenges of life. Tapping into the mind-body connection allows for a level of peace and clarity beyond what exists in the physical world. I offer custom yoga and meditation classes upon request.
