my teaching style

As a yoga teacher, I seek to offer an inspirational experience that extends beyond the mat. My primary goal is to provide a gentle space for you to quiet your mind and be present with your breath, body, and soul. The postures we make in a yoga asana practice are a portal to deepen the mind-body connection. Our time on our mat prepares us to face life’s challenges - both big and small - with resilience. I hope you leave our time together feel leaving confident, capable, and refreshed.
